eN-Vidyalaya – Vedic Knowledge and Tools for Contemporary Kids

While our schools and society in gneeral are bombarind out children with intellectual knowledge, eN-Vidyalaya empowers them with spiritual knowledge and tools to live a balanced, productive, creative and healthy life.  Designed by Paramahamsa Nithyananda, this learning system is designed to awaken and express the extraordinary and untapped dimensions in your child.

Weekly lessons conducted by a spiritual and yoga teachers include:

Vedic Scriptures:  Learn to apply Vedic Truths in dealing with emotions at school and beyond!

Sanskrit Chanting:  For inner silence, better attention span, and healing of body and mind.

Yoga:  Specially designed for the young and still forming mind, body and spirit of the child

Mediation:  Conducted meditation lessons to strength their inner self.

Yogic Learning:  Quantum Memory, Whole brain learning, brain yoga and creative arts.

Time:  Every Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (lunch is included)
