A Special Day to offer Biksha (any offering) to the Guru which he accepts with his own hands, which burns away Karmas.
A Significant Day to receive the blessings of the Guru.
On Guru Purnima we will be offering the unique opportunity to offer biksha to Swamiji. This is the only day of the year in which Swamiji will accept any offering. By giving biksha, karmas are burnt. Those that offer biksha for Guru Purnima will receive directly blessed and given by Swamiji's own hand.
