At the conclusion of the 11-city,  March through May YOGAM tour, the Nithyananda International Youth Foundation hosted a special event for Paramahamsa Nithyananda at the Nithyananda Vedic Temple on Saturday, May 16. With approximately 300 people in attendance, Swamiji delivered a message designed for youth and the challenges they face today.

Held at the Nithyananda Vedic Temple, Montclair, the event was organized entirely by young devotees and With only a week's notice,  youth of all ages came together to organize the entire event, beginning with the vision of what they wanted to create for this special day. 

At the event Swamiji discussed the importance to the youth of maintaining the Vedic Traditions and living the Vedic lifestyle. Practice of the Vedic Traditions establishes a new “inner software” and creates a firewall against all anxieties and depressions, said Swamiji.  The tools of this updated inner software will allow you establish a “yogic body and vedic mind” that allows youth to respond successfully to all of life's challenges.“Youth are an untapped natural resource with tremendous potential” said Swamiji at the event.
