Rudra Abishekam at Vedic Temple

Rudra Abishekam is very auspicious amongst all abishekam performed to Lord Shiva, Anandeswara. One can performed on special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and for other celebrations. It is performed using sandalwood, milk, 108 herbs, and tumeric. Abishekam is done with powerful chanting of Rudram from the Vedas.

This grand Rudra Abishekam was performed on Sunday, August 2, 2008 at the Vedic Temple, Los Angeles, on the occasion of the birth of a new baby. The baby-naming ceremony was also performed at the Temple following Rudra Abishekam.
