On Sunday, May 18, 2008, the Temple was the final destination for over 200 devotees on a pilgrimage tour. During the afternoon, devotees spent time in the sacred space of the Temple, visited the on-site bookstore and Sacred Arts Gallery. While at the Temple, they had dinner, joined in the Venkateswara Precession, and celebrated Maha Aarti. The devotees thoroughly enjoyed the sights and sounds of their visit and many expressed their reluctance to leave.
